Let’s dive in to Rhiannon & Brandon’s gorgeous engagement photos at the Griffith Observatory!

These two are getting married in Washington later this year, but wanted to take their engagement photos in their beloved city of Los Angeles! I love it when couples pick a location that holds some significance to them and their relationship. Kind of like this downtown Los Angeles engagement session!

Pro tip for shooting at the Griffith Observatory – opt for a sunrise shoot! I typically photograph engagement sessions in the evening before sunset, but this is one location that is the exception. The Observatory simply gets too crowded in the evenings to make a shoot feasible. It’s too difficult to work around the crowds and every single time I’ve shot here in the morning, it’s completely empty. So sunrise is the way to go here!
